I am a new customer and have now ordered different dishes quite often! I'm totally satisfied, nice service, friendly supplier, food plentiful and hot! Changes are fulfilled! Nothing to complain about !!!! Today's order has just arrived and ... I have NEVER received such fresh and, above all, crispy French fries! Respect!

Och nöööö, not even in times of Corona you are allowed to offer your guests something like this! Except for the total failure of the Chocolate Nicholas! There was gyros baked very, very small portion for 9.90 and noodle mud without flavor. Never again.

Super tasty pizza! whoever does not come by has missed something! The very young on the phone, probably the eldest son, always very friendly and always the best employee !!!!

So this has nothing to do with pizza !!! Doesn't taste great and is lukewarm / sticky ... that's absolutely not appropriate for this price / waiting time!

For a 'delivery service' it's awesome .. would say it's like a restaurant .. super friendly and funny .. the sauces are homemade. The food is fresh and delicious .. when we are back in Travemünde we will go there again ..10 stars

Worst Pizza Service Ever !!! Never again !!!! We ordered 3 pizzas and a pasta dish on 2.8.2O at 6.20 p.m. The lady told us it would take an hour. We thought it was a long time, but we thought we'd rather be told honestly how long it will take. At 7:35 p.m. (meanwhile 1 hour and 15 minutes waiting time) we called and asked where the order was. The statement was, we are next, it comes any moment. I pointed out to the lady that we have a person with us who have to take the pills at regular times and that we are urgently waiting for our food. At 20.05 (meanwhile 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting time) we called again. When I said my name, the lady at the reception simply passed it on to the boss without asking me (I didn't ask for it). Apparently she knew why. The boss apologized in a friendly manner, but that doesn't help either. After complaining about my situation several times, he said that if the driver is not there in 2 minutes, we will get the order for free. My son set the cell phone and it was just over 2 minutes. When I told the driver that, he didn't care and there was no compensation. The trouble continued with the Pizza Inferno. This was specially ordered because of capers and anchovies. Neither was on the pizza. A disappointing and annoying evening !!!!

Great team. A little more waiting time than previously stated, but this was simply due to the current order situation. (It was the weekend and in the evening) They immediately apologized and as a small compensation they gave a few more homemade sauces to order. Absolutely reasonable and recommendable.

Ordered, paid directly via Paypal and then later received a call that they no longer deliver and that they also do not deliver to the priwall because the ferry is too expensive for them. Online, however, stated that the delivery is here and that you can still order at this time and also totally cheeky and unfriendly on the phone and don't even want to refund the money!

Ordered pizzas online, easy processing and collection on time at the specified time. The pizzas, however, were quite small (26cm), which was not clearly recognizable when ordering - only with the special offers for the day there is an indication of the size, not with normal ordering. So if you expect a normal sized pizza (~ 30cm) - and you can do that at the prices - be warned. In terms of taste, however, there was nothing to complain about.

Pizzas with 26cm rather small, which is not apparent in the ordering process. Delivery time was exceeded significantly to the specification. Order placed at 7:10 p.m. online, at 7:13 p.m. the order was confirmed and the delivery time was approx. 65 minutes. At 9:00 p.m. asked by phone that pizzas were just in the oven, a bottle of sprite was offered as compensation. Delivery finally arrived at 9:20 p.m. - 130 minutes after the order was placed. The bottle of sprite that was offered as an excuse was not there. An absolute no-go in customer service. The taste of the pizza is not bad, the dough maybe a little salty, but that's a matter of taste. Unfortunately no longer hot and some of the ground burned. The price for the whole package but too high (3 pizzas, plus a garlic bread with cheese) for € 36.80. First and last order

Absolutely not to be recommended! Although we were given a delivery time of 45 minutes, we had to wait almost 2 hours for our food. In addition, the pizza dough was not very tasty. My buddy was charged € 1.5 for getting a little basil from the shaker on the pizza.

The person on the phone and the driver were very nice. Unfortunately, that's about it. Very little topping for a lot of money and an extra ingredient was forgotten. We were fed up.
